The Spasic family house is located in the centre of the village and considered as the most peculiar building of the traditional architecture in Hoçë të Madhe. Built in the first half of the 19th century, tribal traditions show a connection linking them to ancestors in Jerusalem.
In 2010, the house was restored by CHwB and turned into a mansion offering accommodation and food service. The vast space on the first floor is comprised of two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a so-called "Jeru-salim room", which also is the most representative part of the house. The ground floor has another bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen and a sizable living room.
