Emin Gjiku is a traditional houses compound, very well preserved. It is located in Prishtina, by the old market.
The house used to belong to Emin Gjikolli family, consisting of the separate premises for servants, family members house and the guest house. It serves today as a Ethnologic Museum.
Its name derives from Emin Gjikollis nickname Emincik meaning little man in Turkish language. Inside the museum one may see sufficient elements and tools, which explain a lot about the Ottoman age life. Traditional clothing exposed are also a valuable asset of the museum.
