The Qyse Family house was built in the first half of the 19th century. Along with the Bajmaku Family house, they create the architectonic ensemble near the Lumbardhi shore and serve as symbols for this part of town.

This is a two-story house with an enclosed garden and stairs that lead directly to the second floor. The main facade faces the street and the Lumbardhi river and its notable for its shape and wide pad.
