A stone structure. It's said to have been built during the 18th century, although verified information is not available. The tower is a private property and belongs to the Kukleci family from Isniq. What makes the tower unique is a wooden gallery spread out in three facades. It can be found on the tower's second floor and is one of the rare galleries to have resisted the sands of time.

As with other towers, the function of Kukleci Tower was to mainly serve as shelter but also as a fortification structure. During its construction, the guest entrance was build to lead guests straight to the Men's Room. The tower was renovated as part of the project "Restoration of Five Towers in Kosovo" supported by the European Commission and Sida.
