It contains of only one road with small street branches leading to newly built settlements. The town is known by its thermal rehabilitation center, called Ilixha of Peja. Thermal spa has been used, and has been proven healing for many years.

Town’s park is a dense forest mainly used by the healing visitors. Walking along the main road of the town, you may see the mosque at the end; the forest is on the left, where the thermal water derives hidden within a stone house in the forest. Pipes bringing the waters to the rehabilitation center have blown therefore, people walking in the forest often take their shoes out and put their feet into the streaming waters on the surface. The thermo-mineral spring has a capacity of 17,5 liters per second, at a temperature 46 – 48 °C. It is known for its effect on rheumatic diseases.
