On the way to Bajgora, the first restaurant beside the road is the sign that you have arrived there. The average height is 1500 m, with the highest point of 1583 m located in village Barel. The village is situated 18 km north east of Mitrovica. One may also arrive there hiking, however during winter the conditions can be harder so it is not preferred.

Traditional organic food consisting of mainly milk products and meat, is what characterizes the villages of Bajgora. The villagers are very welcoming people and open in communication, so one may get an all inclusive meal for a reasonable price.
