Vërmica is located 17 km southwest of city of Prizren, on the left bank of Drini Bardhe River. In ancient times, village Vërmica including several other villages was the city of Trekth. As it is positioned right at the border with Albania, it has been roughly damaged during the last war, but it still remains among preferred sites for families who want to enjoy the nature and a tasty fresh fish in its many fish restaurants.
