Brezne is a small village in the municipality of Dragash, within Sharri Mountains in southern Kosovo. The village has 380 houses with around 3000 inhabitants. Lake of Brezna is also located beside the village, which got its name by the village.

Village Brezna is located on the right hand side of the road Prizren – Dragash, around 25 km away from Prizren, at the road dissection called Llopushnik. The village is situated at the edge of Koritniku Mountain, facing Sharri Mountains at a height starting from 950 m in Llopushnik by arriving up to 1050 m at the village school.
